Anger Management Program
Uncontrolled or chronic anger can be costly both emotionally and physically.
Most people can use their anger in appropriate ways in some situations, and yet be very inappropriate in others.
At Life Counselling we provide an individual anger management program aimed at reducing levels of aggression demonstrated by an individual especially when they find themselves in provocative situations.
In each of these 1 hour sessions you will learn effective coping behaviours to stop your anger escalating beyond control. You will learn ways to resolve conflicts. You learn how to manage your own emotions.
Individually tailored homework assignments allow participants to apply their newly acquired skills.
The program is centred around our newly developed ebook which provides a structured and easily followed set of strategies to help you to control your emotions.

Format
This program is delivered one on one. The Anger Management Support Program uses a skill building format and each new skill relies, to some extent, on what has previously been learned, therefore participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions. The Sessions begin and end on time, lasting fifty-five minutes (55min). You are encouraged to do homework assignments.

The Anger Management Support Program is most useful for people who are willing to honestly examine and recognise the consequences of their problem.
